Our Deep Cleaning Service is specially designed for thorough and intensive cleaning, suitable for homes that require more detailed attention beyond regular maintenance. We offer flexible package options based on the number of cleaners and service duration, ensuring efficient and comprehensive results.

This service includes complete and detailed cleaning of all key areas such as floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch points. It also covers intensive tasks such as scrubbing, degreasing, and removal of built-up dirt, grime, and stains to restore overall cleanliness and hygiene.

All cleaning tasks—including ceiling fans, ovens, stoves, and refrigerators—are fully included in the Deep Cleaning packages as shown. No additional charges will be applied for these items, as they are part of the comprehensive service coverage.

All necessary cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment are also included, ensuring our team is fully equipped to deliver high-quality results without any additional preparation required from the client.

For safety purposes, our cleaners will not use ladders exceeding 8 steps and will not lift items heavier than 30 kg.

As deep cleaning requires more time and attention, clients are encouraged to ensure clear access to all areas and to prioritise specific concerns or focus areas before the service begins for optimal results.

2. Transportation Fee

A transportation fee will be applied based on the distance from our operation base to the client’s location. This is to ensure fair costing that covers fuel, toll charges, and travel time for our cleaning team.

The exact transportation fee will be clearly informed and confirmed with the client prior to booking confirmation.

3. Additional Time & Work Extension

Deep Cleaning services require detailed and intensive work. If additional time is needed due to the actual condition of the premises, our team will first seek the client’s consent before proceeding.

Upon approval, additional charges will be applied based on the extended duration required. If the client chooses not to proceed, the service will be completed strictly within the originally booked time and scope.

4. Cleaning Materials, Chemicals & Equipment

All Deep Cleaning packages are inclusive of cleaning materials, chemicals, and professional equipment. Our team will arrive fully prepared to carry out the service efficiently without requiring any items from the client.

5. Booking & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation to secure the service slot. The remaining 50% balance shall be paid upon completion of the service, once the client is satisfied with the work delivered.

This payment structure ensures commitment from both parties while maintaining service quality assurance.

6. Insurance & Liability Coverage

Our Deep Cleaning service includes limited insurance coverage for any accidental damage or loss of client property directly caused by our staff during the cleaning process.

Compensation will be provided based on assessment, with a maximum claim limit of up to RM1,000.00.

Clients are required to ensure that all valuable, fragile, or important items are properly secured or removed from the work area prior to the commencement of service.

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of items that are not properly secured or are left unattended during the cleaning process.
