1. Basic Cleaning Package

Our Basic Cleaning Service is designed with flexible options to suit your needs. You may choose between 1 or 2 cleaners, with service durations ranging from 1 hour up to 9 hours per session.

This service covers essential housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and general bathroom cleaning. It is ideal for regular maintenance and light cleaning, helping to maintain a clean, tidy, and comfortable living environment.

Certain cleaning tasks such as fans, ovens, stoves, and refrigerators may incur additional charges. However, these items are already included in selected packages. Please refer to your chosen package details for full coverage. For further clarification, kindly contact our team.

For safety purposes, our cleaners will not use ladders exceeding 8 steps and will not lift items heavier than 20 kg.

Clients are advised to prioritise and specify cleaning areas according to the selected service duration to ensure optimal time management and service quality.

IMPORTANT! Clients are required to select a service package that best suits the condition of their home. If you are unsure, please seek assistance from our team for proper guidance.

2. Transportation Fee

A transportation fee will be applied based on the distance from our operation base to the client’s location. This ensures fair costing to cover fuel, toll charges, and travel time for our cleaning team.

The exact transportation fee will be informed and confirmed with the client prior to booking confirmation.

3. Additional Time & Work Extension

If the selected service requires more time than originally booked due to the condition of the area, our team will first seek the client’s consent before proceeding with any additional work.

Should the client agree to extend the service duration, additional charges will be applied accordingly based on the extra time required. If the client chooses not to proceed with the extension, our team will complete the work strictly within the time allocated under the selected package.

4. Cleaning Materials, Chemicals & Equipment

For packages below RM200.00, all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are not included. These will only be provided for packages valued at RM200.00 and above.

5. Booking & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation to secure the service slot. The remaining 50% balance must be made upon completion of the job, after the client is satisfied with the service provided.

This payment structure ensures both booking commitment and service quality assurance for our clients.

6. Insurance & Liability Coverage

Our service includes limited insurance coverage for any accidental damage or loss of client property directly caused by our staff during the cleaning process.

In such cases, compensation will be provided based on assessment, with a maximum claim limit of up to RM1,000.00.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all valuable, fragile, or important items are properly secured or removed from the working area prior to the commencement of service.

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misplacement of items that are not properly secured or are left unattended during the cleaning process.
